The new premier destination for streaming theatrical productions.
This is the moment that theatre changes forever…
This is the moment that we begin to create something new,
something different and exciting, something unique to these changing and uncertain times.
This Moment Productions
In the midst of chaos, there lies hope in the form of creativity. The debut theatre company, This Moment Productions has reimagined theatre for a virtual audience.
While theatre unites us to a collective history, it also gives us stories that transcend time taking us on a journey to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. It is vital to our humanity; we can learn much from its history of adaptation and responsiveness to constantly changing situations and conditions on and off the stage.
Now is the time for the performing arts to make one of the most revolutionary changes, to adapt to a new world and a new way of creating.
The second full-length production was Clue: Stay-at-Home Edition based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery and translated so well to the streaming platform.
Our third full-length production of the 2020-2021 season is The Tenant: A Virtual Comedy With A Twist. In this comedy, a young couple purchases a home that comes with a renter. The tenant lives in the basement and when odd things keep happening around the house the Harlings’ suspicion grows. Driven by fun banter and clever antics we learn the Harlings may have gotten in over their heads – even if the place has double vanities. Much like A Very Covid Christmas Carol this is a This Moment Productions original! It is written and directed by co-founder Dana Hall.
Since these initial productions, TMP has produced over a dozen shows. In all the productions we take on there are still the classic elements of theatre present, it is vulnerable, imaginative, and best of all you do not need to leave home to experience the adventures!
We cannot wait for you to see these and other productions in the works in our 2021-2022 season.
We’ll see you virtually,
Dana Hall & Pamela Morgan
